To make mead, you need three simple ingredients, honey, yeast, and water. But what if there was more? This question ignited a fire, driving us to see how we could push mead to its limits. We began experimenting with our classic mead base, adjusting techniques, fermenting vessels, and flavor additions. The results were unique honey wines with vastly different flavor profiles.
